Azul is a multi-use project located along the Old Jacksonville Highway commercial corridor. The building will contain commercial type businesses on the first level. The design will accommodate a restaurant and multiple retail stores. Sidewalks are designed to encourage the idea of a shopping village or main street. Café tables and landscape elements work together to support the enjoyment of an early morning coffee, an afternoon tea or an evening cocktail.

The sidewalk café experience is enhanced in the evening with LED RGB energy efficient lighting. This lighting can paint the building any color to coincide with events. For example, the building can be pink to promote the activities surrounding Komen cancer awareness. Other events to celebrate could include Christmas and New Years.

Other features of the building are the activities associated with roof-top. A neighborhood style restaurant promoting the village atmosphere and casual lounging is in a tower style element for easy identification. The open roof area will be available for events such as social gatherings, weddings, receptions, corporate celebrations and community events.
